But the reason I mention it here is that lockable jewelry armoires add a considerable expense to the price tag. Ask yourself if this is a feature you really want or need to have before spending the extra money it.

4. Consider the Overall Color Scheme.
While most solid wood armoires for jewelry show off the fact that they are indeed made of real solid wood by retaining their natural wood color, there are definitely different colors available for you to choose from (black and white being the most popular options.) Take a look at the colors of your other furniture and items in the room you’ll be placing this armoire so you can make a decision that takes into account your overall design scheme of the home. You wouldn’t want to buy a red jewelry armoire in a room whose colors would clash with bright red.
