Despite the sense of organization that will pervade your workplace should you use archive boxes, you will still need to keep track of the boxes effectively to stay truly organized. One suggestion to keep your boxes themselves organized is to put labels on your archive boxes so that you will not need to open your archive boxes to check to see what is in them. This way, you can keep both your documents and your workplace organized!
