If you’re looking for a pink phone these days then you’ve got lots of options. You can find pink phones for your home, or pink cell phones, whichever you want, but it wasn’t always that way. Back in the 1950′s you had one choice – black. Bell telephone actually owned your phone and you rented it from them. They even said “not for sale” on them.

These days though, you can buy a pink phone, or one in any color you want. Crossley Radio makes a pink princess phone for your home, it’s based on one that Bell telephone introduced back in 1959. It was actually called the Pink Princess back then, and it was pretty popular for it’s time. The fact that the same basic model is still popular is a testament to its design. Of course it isn’t one of the old rotary dial telephones, it’s a touch tone with the buttons in the shape of the old dial. It looks similar to the old Bell 500 phones but thinner, it still has the dial in the base with a corded headset.

You can also find pink trimline phones which have cradle that the handset rests in, but all the buttons are on the handset itself. The Trimline phones can also be hung on the wall if that’s what you want. If you’re looking for a pink cordless phone, Panasonic, Bell, and Uniden all have models.

Pink cell phones are also popular these days, you can find them in almost any model. It was a trend first started with the pink Razor phone, and now copied by most every manufacturer. There’s a pink LG, and the old standby Razor is still around in it’s soft pink and hot pink color scheme. No matter what style you’re looking for you can find a pink phone whether it be mobile, or home phone, corded or cordless phone.
