On toy retailers’ minds, the thought of Christmas is coming to the fore even though we are just getting stuck into summer at present. Christmas is the busiest time of the year for sellers of toys (and also the most profitable!), so it is no wonder that the toy companies are going to spend a small fortune trying to get us to spend our hard earned money this year to buy presents for our younger family members.

To help you decide on what toys to buy this year, we present you with a list of toys that are being hotly tipped to sell well this year. But these toys are not just going to sell well because of the advertising campaigns being strong alone; these toys have merit of their own, with many complimentary reviews by real parents on the internet already.

The first toy that you should take a look at if you have young children, specifically toddlers, is the Fisher Price Little People Rampway Wheelies toy. If you have not heard of them, the Little People Wheelies are chunky toys on wheels that each have a little character built into each one – the “Little People” of the toys title. Just grab the remote control and away you go. The S107 is designed for use by older kids around 14 years or older, and it is already selling well. It also has a built in rechargeable battery, a string plastic and metal frame that protects it from damage, and the best thing about it is the low price – just under $30 in some stores.
