Some Really Cool Wii Accessories

The first time that you played with a Nintendo Wii, you probably thought it was pretty awesome.  Once you actually owned a Nintendo Wii, it was pretty fun being able to play lots of different games while being able to control the on-screen action with your hand gestures and body movements.  Well, in an effort to make Nintendo Wii games even more fun and realistic, many accessories developers have begun to come out with some cool Wii accessories that apply to a lot of different kinds of games.

The first kind is the Wii sports accessories.  The video game that came with all Nintendo Wii’s is Wii Sports, and so pretty much anyone who has played with a Nintendo Wii has played Wii Sports.  You can play bowling, golf, tennis, baseball and other sports.  Companies have made accessories to go along with those sports.  You can get a little Wii baseball bat, a Wii tennis racket, and even a Wii bowling ball.  All of these, while not life size accessories, are still pretty fun to add to the excitement and realism that the Nintendo Wii offers.

Another really cool accessory is the Wii racing wheel.  While one officially came with the Mario Kart Wii, other accessory makers had been coming out with Wii racing wheels for the various racing games that came out before that.  Even though the Wii remote itself can act as a racing wheel, having an actual wheel to turn helps to make the racing games that much more fun.

Lastly, the Wii shooting games definitely are much better with a Wii gun.  These guns are just molds that you put the Wii remote into, but they are still pretty sweet as far as accessories go.  The have a Wii magnum, Wii crossbows, Wii shotguns, and Wii rifles, depending on what type of shooting game you are playing.
